Finding a "pleasant surprise" these days, doesn't happen often - especially at a salon; but I was very pleasantly surprised at my experience with Carol. I received a wonderful cut, at a great price! Thank You Carol :`) The gal who greeted me at the counter was very polite & helpful too - a hard quality to find these days, as well.
